OverIP engaged DTS to develop an AI chatbot that understands natural-language questions and responds with relevant answers.
The Challenge
Keyword matching alone can’t understand how real people ask questions — the bot needed to understand meaning and find the most relevant information.
Our Solution
DTS developed the chatbot in Python with a Flask API, using BERT for natural-language understanding and Pinecone as a vector database for semantic search.
