Overview
Master Changan Motors Ltd. wanted a single digital touchpoint for its vehicle owners — one app to register their vehicle, get service estimates, request parts, find the nearest dealer and stay up to date with offers and campaigns.
The Challenge
The app had to tie each customer to their own vehicle securely (via chassis number and document verification), keep owners engaged with timely maintenance reminders, and give the Changan team full control over content, offers and requests without developer involvement.
Our Solution
DTS designed and developed a cross-platform mobile app in React Native for Android and iOS, backed by a .NET Core API and SQL Server. A React.js admin portal (CMS) lets the Changan team manage parts, RFQs, offers, campaigns and customer content, while deep linking and push notifications keep owners engaged.
